Return Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the packaging has been opened.

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are only available for size or defective products.

  • Refunds are not provided; only exchanges or store credits will be issued for eligible cases.

  • Provide your order details along with clear images of the issue.
